Conservative Credit Culture.

We believe that trying to time the market is a poor investment strategy. Rather than trying to time to bottom of the market, our approach is to buy below replacement cost and focus on sustainable cashflow. While values will fluctuate in the short term, buying quality properties with strong cash flow provides our investors peace of mind and long term growth potential.

Expertise.

Our investments are focused on middle market opportunities in California where we have over 2 decades of experience. We have built up strong relationships with banks, investment advisors and service professionals to source pre-foreclosure and REO opportunities that can yield superior returns to our investors.


Transparency.

BRC Capital posts the investment details of each project for our investors to review through our secure investor login. We make semi-annual distributions of current profits and allow investor redemptions at any time after the first 12 months with 60 days notice and subject to execution of the current investment. Additionally, BRC Capital provides annual audited and quarterly un-audited statements for each fund.

Community.

We believe that re-investing in the community should be an integral part of any successful enterprise. A portion of our profits are reserved for charitable donations and community re-investment. We are working closely with Blind Start of America to provide low cost housing opportunities to the disabled and visually impaired.
