BRC Capital REO Fund I



Our REO Fund buys value add residential and commercial foreclosures, bank Real Estate Owned (“REO”) properties and non-performing notes at deep discounts. The investment objective is to rehabilitate and reposition the properties for quick resale to end users and our network of smaller investors. The Fund will consider investments in the following property types:


• Pools of single family, condominium and multi-family units
• Retail
• Industrial
• Office & Medical Office
• Discounted performing and non-performing senior notes


The BRC Capital investment approach is based on prudent underwriting and analysis of each investment with a keen focus on creating value through professional management, renovation and recapitalization. The Principals have been active in California for over 2 decades and know their markets through multiple real estate cycles.


REO FUND I is currently open to new investors and actively acquiring real estate investments across the state.
