Stable Income Fund



Our Stable Income Fund buys multi-family and commercial properties below replacement cost and generating immediate cash returns to the investors. Following the residential market, the commercial market is beginning to experience a significant drop in values as borrower default rates and bank foreclosures increase.


BRC Capital will take advantage of this market re-pricing and purchase quality properties at historically low values. The Fund will leverage its personal contacts to buy directly from regional and community banks, trustees and other mortgage companies as well as source compelling opportunities through the BRC Advisors brokerage network. The Fund will acquire assets based on the following primary criteria:

  • In-place cash flow of 9% to 12% (to be distributed to investors annually)
  • Purchase price below replacement cost
  • Well located in major metro markets with sustainable demand
