Chuck Carrillo

Chuck Carrillo is a 20 year real estate finance veteran with a successful record of accomplishment in the areas of portfolio and capital markets lending. Prior to joining BRC Capital, Chuck was Vice President in Union Bank of California’s Commercial Mortgage Division where he was responsible for the origination, structuring, underwriting and credit recommendation of new loans and multi-asset revolving lines of credit. During his career, Chuck has financed over $2 billion of commercial and multi-family real estate loans throughout the United States.

Prior to Union Bank, Chuck was Vice President in Bank of America’s Commercial Mortgage Portfolio and Securitization Group where he was the top producer for the Southern California Region in each of his last six years.

Mr. Carrillo holds a B.S. degree in finance, is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson, and is an active member of numerous trade organizations.
