John Bunch

John is a veteran of the commercial real estate market with over 20 years of direct lending and mortgage banking expertise. His focus has primarily been on commercial real estate finance and relationship management across the Western US, as a direct lender with Union Bank, Bank of America and Community Bank. Mr. Bunch founded and currently operates a commercial mortgage finance company, Green Street Mortgage, which arranges loans with Life Insurance Companies, Banks, Pension Funds and Wall Street lenders. John’s experience includes underwriting, structuring and closing loans on a variety of property types. Mr. Bunch is a licensed California real estate broker and a graduate of the University of Redlands.
